Chris is the Lead Pastor and primary teacher at City Church OTR.

Chris received a degree in Finance & Operations from Indiana University while attempting a minor in intramural sports. After two years in corporate finance, he married his college sweetheart, Katherine. They did what all rational newlyweds do: move to Las Vegas.

There, Chris pastored a dynamic church in the heart of Sin City while completing his master’s
in Theological Studies. In Vegas, he also discovered the beautiful tension Jesus held between Word and Spirit. It’s a pastoral commitment Chris adopted as his own, and one that describes the culture of City Church OTR today.

Chris loves Tex-Mex more than you, is an avid reader of the Wall Street Journal, and is always down to compete in something athletic.

Rob is the Associate Pastor at City Church OTR.

Rob came to know Jesus at age 27, and his life was radically changed! Both he and his wife were far from the Lord, but one Sunday, they walked into church as unbelievers and left on fire for Jesus. Rob has a background in sales, but early in His walk with Jesus he felt the call to vocational ministry.

He has served at various churches as a Children's Pastor and as a Student Pastor. He completed his bachelor's degree in Biblical Counseling. God called Rob and his family to Cincinnati in 2019.

The Groves have been married for 23 years and have four adult sons. Rob loves hunting, fishing and is a recovering sneaker head!

We love what we get to do together.

City Church OTR is led by a group of fun, courageous leaders who expect God to move.

We work hard. And give each other freedom to make mistakes.

We're far from perfect. (Who is, anyway?) But we're sincere in our love for God, for our church, and for one another.

We love our team. And we trust you will too.

Caitlin is the Connections Director at City Church OTR.

Her parents sent her to preschool with one phrase, "Hi, my name is Caitlin, will you be friend?" She still uses a variant of that phrase most Sundays at church.

A Cincinnati native, Caitlin graduated from Indiana University, and called Indianapolis home for eight years following graduation. Prior to joining the City Church OTR team, she spent almost a decade working for various nonprofits and small businesses in marketing, outreach and operational roles.  She loves being a part of what God is doing in the Queen City.

Caitlin loves running through her neighborhood (St. Bernard), margaritas, celebrating, reading, and talking. She is the proud owner of a goldendoodle named Duke the Doodle.

Michelle is the Director of Operations at City Church OTR.

A born and raised Floridian, Michelle found herself transplanted to the Midwest in 2015 and fell in love with the culture, people, and four seasons of Cincinnati. With a background in small business operations, learning and development, and organizational change management, Michelle brings her experience together to lead City Church OTR in stewarding well the resources God has entrusted to us.

Michelle loves Chick-fil-A, FC Cincinnati soccer, Hallmark Christmas movies, assembling IKEA furniture, and spending lots of time with friends. She's always up for grabbing a cup of coffee or going for a walk around the city!

Megan is the Kid’s City Director at City Church OTR.

She's had a love for kids and their infectious joy since the day she began babysitting.

Megan graduated from the University of Kentucky. Following that, she served for 5 years at Sonlight Academy in Haiti as a seventh grade teacher.

She moved to Cincinnati from Haiti and has worked in all kinds of roles -  she's been a strength coach, teacher, barista, and Sunday school teacher, but her heart has always been drawn towards teaching kiddos how loved they are by a Great God.

Megan is always up for meeting new friends and eating chips and salsa!  Doing both is a win-win!

Mandy gives direction to House Groups at City Church OTR. She, and her husband Ben, have five amazing kids.

Since graduating college, Mandy spent several years on staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in Las Vegas. After attending church with the Marlins in Vegas, Mandy and Ben felt called join them in Cincinnati.  She loves to help start new ministries and fell in love with the idea of two front doors for a church model.

Besides hanging out with her family and golden retriever, she enjoys getting coffee with friends. Mandy loves being outdoors, for any reason, enjoys her garden and is grateful to experience four seasons again.
